Getting listed
How do I get a profile on JScout?
Contact us via the Get Listed page and we’ll guide you through the process. Once payment is confirmed your profile will be live within 48 hours.

What do I need to provide?
A profile photo, your name, position or referee grade, a short bio, and at least one video link (YouTube or YouTube Shorts work great).
How long does it take to go live?
Usually within 48 hours of us receiving all your details and confirming payment.
Can I update my profile once it’s live?
Yes — contact us at any time and we can update your bio, photo, stats or video links.

What video format should I use?
We recommend uploading your highlights to YouTube or filming directly as YouTube Shorts. Both embed perfectly on your profile page.
Do YouTube Shorts filmed on an iPhone look good?
Yes — vertical video from iPhone Shorts displays cleanly on JScout profiles. Just share the YouTube link with us.
Can I have more than one video on my profile?
Yes, each profile supports multiple video embeds.

Is it free to browse profiles?
Yes — browsing player and referee profiles on JScout is completely free.
How do I enquire about a player or referee?
Each profile has an enquiry form — fill it in and we’ll forward your message to the relevant person.
How often are new profiles added?
New profiles are added regularly as players and referees get listed. Check back often or follow us on social media for updates.
